Hi there! I just tried making this recipe and the taste is absolutely great, but for me the tofu was really rubbery in the oven. Is there a way to make it harder and crispier?
Hi Mathew! Thanks for watching and for making the recipe! If you want a harder and crispier texture I suggest either cooking it for longer, cutting the "steaks" thinner or both. Also, using a firm tofu (as opposed to extra firm or super firm) and pressing it for 2 hours before moving ahead with the recipe will also often give you a crispier texture. I hope this helps! :)
Excellent , nice & best recipe , looks so delicious , liked it 👍🏼👍🏼
