This was my introduction to Lindsey Stirling, been a Halestorm fan for a long time. Still my favorite of hers. When Lindsey toured with Evanescence, Amy Lee sang this song with her.

Lindsay Stirling was a contender on AGT but she only got to the quarter finals in 2010. 4 years later she teamed up with Izzy Hale from Halestorm and this is the result. A classic combination in my opinion.
Great reaction, ladies! IMO, it has the main elements of symphonic metal...orchestral instruments and a powerful female voice...i really enjoyed it!

I was so disappointed. Not because the song wasn't superb, but because when I heard of these two together all I could think of a Lizzy and Lindsey doing duet guitar/violin with Lindsey's awesome bounce stacatto and lizzy doing sustained distorted guitar, or unison doubling, or harmonic or best of all interweaving lyrical instrumental lines ( ala Baby Animals). Maybe one day...
