Do not use big boxes if the RR interval is less than two of them, you will miss heart rates more than 150. Instead either count the QRS complexes throughout the whole strip or find the RR interval in small boxes (40 ms each) and then calculate the rate directly.
Ty bro…..would really be a lifesaver if you could do differentiation of cns Umn Lmn etc when to suspect myopathy or nerve or nmj etc plus what is plexopathy radiculopathy etc
