    Thank you, Dr. Pruett.. I've watched quite a few EKG courses, and no one has broken it down as succinctly and thoroughly as you did. This helped tremendously.

    Let’s say I do have 1 mm of elevation in two or more consecutive leads but NO reciprocal changes, do we still call it a STEMI? Or you MUST have reciprocal changes to be able to call it?
