just a hint: you can crouch the moment ms bloomie attacks, and you wont take damage (possibly bug so if it will get fixed then uh, dont get pissed at me)
You can actually counter both miss Circle and miss Bloomie, I've practiced a bit and discovered that with enough practice, you can dodge thier attack quite easily, for miss Circle, you just have to move out of her way when she's in her attack animation, you can't keep strafing around her otherwise she'll predict you, you gotta stay still and dodge when she's already in her attack animation so she can't predict you, for miss Bloomie, it's quite easy actually, you just need to duck under her slashes when she tries to strike you (you gotta time this right too) just make sure you have something to shoot her away otherwise you will have to keep dodging her until you find something to get her off of you.
