will deffo try this! thanks for the inspiration! i eat alot of potato things so i love these recipes.. i suffer with chrons disease and need to try eat more, i noticed when u made chips u dont par boil either? what type spuds did u use? i like maris piper, i havent tried making own chips in air fryer yet, anyway keep warm n dry love from cornwall as always
