I'm a custom home builder so I'd say your way answering the cost question is spot on. "Its the clients info" and "if you are in my area I'd be delighted to help and work with you". Perfect.

From one builder that has been out of the profession for way too long. Your attention to detail is awe inspiring. I hope others out there learn the metal break and the art of doing finish metal work. Trim work takes a lot of patience, but you cam always tell who was true craftsman by the details. You are a true craftsman. Hats off to you!

You guys do great work! I'm located in NH and looking into doing a similar shop come spring time. I haven't gone back through all of your videos but a couple of requests if you think of them: 1) Maybe a run through of quoting a job, what questions to ask and things to look for in a quality installer and 2) mezzanines, I want to see some interior expansion of useful space, maybe go back to a couple of customers and see what they've done for finished space above or shop build outs. You guys would meld well with the Obsesed Garage following.
-Keep up the great work and content.

Another fun video to watch. Crazy thing is, when I watch other RUclips videos where they are building basically the same type of structures, I kinda judge them based on the quality of the work I see you put into your construction projects. I really enjoy watching your attention to detail, and appreciate it tremendously when you go over why a specific detail is important, how it functions, and why it better serves the client in protecting there new building. I really enjoy watching the whole process.

Hi, I stumbled across the first video you did when surfing RUclips, and subscribed at that point. Although I’m over in the UK and things are done a lot different here, not always for the better, I have to say, I found the information really useful, and did put what I’d learnt to the test when I built myself a storage shed down the side of my house (8’ x 36’). A couple of questions:
    1. Are your columns prefabricated?
    2. How is your concrete slab abutted to your piers & exterior walls?
    3. Have you ever done a multi level roof on a building or an non rectangular shaped building?
    4. You do such good work. Do you cut the metal ceiling lighting j-boxes so that the electrician does not destroy the ceiling panels?
    5. Do work with an architect or engineer?

The videography and editing was awesome and very professionally done.
Yo! Let's kick that downbeat boyz!!! The music very energetic and happy.
I enjoyed this and like this type of video occasionally, but I still love your build series more.
Awesome build as always. Watching your videos make me want to move to Illinois just to have you build me a barn!

    See Greg struggle
    See Greg hook
    See Greg guide
    See Greg lift
    See Greg hammer.
LOL! It is like trying to prove he does work, too
Summertime videos in winter are always the best!
Also Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! May your New Year be blessed!
