Can you remix Fever Mode theme from Puyo Pop Fever to sega genesis soundfont?

The bass sounds very similar to the one from Sonic 2's Special Stage theme. Is this a coincidence or intentional?

Good guess! The bass actually comes from Green Hill Zone. I've used a similar bass to S2's Special Stage in some of my other covers, though. Sonic games love to flip-flop between a few styles of bass. :P
