I agree with you completely about the attraction that a man who is in touch with his feelings have for us..the fact he wrote this as well as singing it displays the total talent of this wonderful man we lost way way too soon..🇬🇧💞✝️🙏👍
Ohhh 😮😢you reacted to Patrick Swayze… no matter if you call him dancer, actor, singer,… I think he was such a talented, kind person! And this song - no matter how cheesy it might be - is one of the best ballads I’ve ever heard! R.I.P. Patrick Swayze ❤
"She's Like the Wind" is a 1987 song by American actor and singer Patrick Swayze from the soundtrack to the film Dirty Dancing. The song features additional vocals from singer Wendy Fraser. The ballad reached number three on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number one on the Adult Contemporary chart. wikipedia
Love this song and always will-and for an epic movie-I can never see Dirty Dancing too many times. It’s been on TV recently, and I had/have to watch, just have to! 🙂R.I.P. Patrick Swayze ❤️🙌🏻❤️
I’m not going to lie, I did crack a smile when seeing your shirt that looked quite peculiar in contrast to your heartfelt thoughts. Swayze is missed… 2023 could use him!
I 100% remember this song from my younger days and until today, I had absolutely NO CLUE that Patrick Swayze actually sang this! I had no f#ckin clue that he did. Wow! We learn something new every day. Great reaction Angela and you express yourself very articulately as well.
He didn't do more than a few songs, but his voice and the emotion he could put into them was phenomenal. Some of us Men aren't bright enough to realize that others (especially women and children) don't want a man with NO emotions or feelings, what they want is REALITY from us. If a song touches your emotions and brings a tear to your eyes, then why should that be a bad thing? Same with the loss of a loved one. MEN out there that think they need to keep their feelings behind a wall, please LISTEN to this woman, she has more sense than you do.
Most people look at it as insecurities but it's really insightful! You can't give her one thing because she's like the wind! The wind moves too much to stick around for one specific thing! You have to handle her as she moves along! Just like the wind!
Swayze was a overall kewl dude...and gone way to soon. Suggestion on a tune for you Angela (Power Station - Bang a Gong) official Video. 1985....you will definitely like it!
another actor who died and it was really hard to believe such a presence could die too soon "just a fool to believe I am anything she needs", oh yeah, but everybody needs someone
Dear One, I am 64 years old and know all to well the fear of not being good enough or look good enough to catch the eyes of a female that catches my eyes. But I was raised to respect and care for the one I love, never to abuse, use or cheat. I know a lot of guys will say this and then change (no pun intended) change like the wind. Me I can say without fear of being called out that Never have I nor would I have put hands on a female to hurt or harm them, I can and have walked away even though I was being hit slapped and once even beat with a pan. No I never did anything than spoke the truth but understanding the truth can cause a person to lash out in anger I just took it and walked, oh yes in every case that it happen they did come back to tell me how sorry they were for doing it and as I was raised I just told them let it go that if you live in the past you will never be happy. As for the fear of believing I wasn't good enough, I still feel that way. I was given a gift of writing poetry, I have over my life written more than I can count and for a short time wrote poems for people that paid me, fact is I was asked many times why have I not written a book of poetry,, my answer is poetry is a moment a passing feeling that yes last forever but to put to book I just don't really know why I never did it. I can still today tell someone to tell me about the one they care about you know how they see them how they feel when they are together then within an hour have them a poem to give them and no I do not sign my name to them because I write the poem for them and their feeling. Yes I could write one about you so very easily from just how you react to songs like from The Carpenters or even that one song by Collin Raye called : Love Me. I do enjoy your reactions to the songs. It is refreshing to see someone feel the words and music.
I have always loved this beautiful song and speaking of beautiful, Angela 🥰 😍 I loved your reaction and commentary on walled off men and insecurities. Oh and I love it when you babble it’s adorable. 😂
There had to be lots of sax 🎷 it's the 80s I think it was law at the time 😉😉😏😏 love for you to review Tina Turner's one of the living great underated song by her
Please check out Paul Carrack further Angela....I loved your reaction to "In The living Years". "How Long" and "Tempted" are amazing songs by this talented man. You just keep getting better! Awesome channel and wishing you all the best for this new year
It's funny you'd say (at 8:22) that you feel like he's singing the song to his wife. I looked up his Wikipedia page just before I watched your reaction and it says there that "In a 2008 interview, Swayze stated that Niemi was the inspiration for his song "She's Like the Wind" (1987)."!
my x-wife loved the Dirty Dancing movie, I would guess, she watched it 50 times and my mom loved the movie and my two daughter's did also, so I think all women loved the movie. I think it was ok, but I've seen alot better guy movies, but it didn't suck and I watched alot of the chick flicks with daughter's, some of them pretty funny

Actor, singer, dancer one talented person, and my Moms Movie crush!

You want a good cry, be sure to watch Patrick in "Ghost".
Dirty Dancing is fantastic. Ghost is another step above.
Especially the heaven part. Beautiful.
Great song from a great movie, it was my sisters favorite movie, RIP! Patrick was more known for his acting
This movie is disgusting. A 30+ year old man seducing and sleeping with a minor. Yeah great movie there
Fantastic song
Dude was truly gifted in his talents.
It is a deep, enigmatic and haunting song!
My goodness, you are so considerate when reacting, you never interrupt but choose to communicate by alternate means.

This movie was the first date I took my 2nd wife to see. Every time I see the movie or hear songs from the soundtrack I feel both happy and sad.
I’m not going to lie, I did crack a smile when seeing your shirt that looked quite peculiar in contrast to your heartfelt thoughts. Swayze is missed… 2023 could use him!
I just can't believe this really is him....why didn't he didn't do anything else?!!!!

Very nice ballad. 👏🏼👏🏼. I like the blouse she's wearing.
Really great song! Loved your discussion after! 😊

Patrick's mom ran a dancing school since he was little. He learned his whole life.
Lisa Niemi was Patrick’s wife is a professional dancer and choreographer who trained him for dirty dancing
Wendy Fraser sings co lead vocals and harmony with him on this, if you are hearing two voices.
Ange, when you talked about insecurities, you hit the nail right on the nose.
Good song

Can't catch the wind so is the way of the spirit :)
Swayze wrote this song with his friend Stacy Widelitz for a movie, Grandview in 1984! Thanks
Angela, you are wise beyond your years. Old soul..
I liked him as a brother/Patriot in Red Dawn.
