OTC Daihen Synchro-Feed GMAW Robotic Welding

We want to thank Steve McIntosh from OTC Daihen Inc. for coming out and helping us install and program our customer’s first Synchro-feed GMA Welding System.
Our customer will not only be saving money and increasing their production, but will be creating, virtually, a no post-weld clean-up atmosphere.
Their new results will be in a very neat, precise weld laid down at a rate of 115 IPM using a weld curren at 250 amps using .045 70S6 weld wire on 14-gauge material!
