Firstly i want to say...i cannot imagine what life must be like for you. And i'm so sorry you're going through this, it takes so much courage to get on here and tell everyone your story. I wish i was that brave. Secondly... you posted this video at the exact time i needed to hear it. While i do not suffer (and you are indeed suffering) from the same thing as yourself, i suffer from other conditions that i will never be able to get away from. When i watched this video i obviously had no idea what it was going to be about, and i had started watching it to try and distract myself from what was happening in my own life. I had been thinking that i couldn't go on another day in the state that i'm in, and ... how am i supposed to do this for the rest of my life. The effort it takes just to leave my house is so great, and sometimes i just cannot even do it. My illness has gotten me to the point that i am almost completely housebound now. And sometimes i feel like i am all alone in all of this. When i heard you speaking about what you're going through it gave me hope, and let me know that there are other people out there in the same boat. Thank you for making this. Your voice reaches many and you're doing something positive with it. And i for one am grateful. :)

Shelly, you are such a strong, beautiful woman and I can't say how much I respect your honesty and your willingness to be open about what is no doubt a difficult part of your life. I really appreciate you sharing this on your channel, and though I can't even begin to imagine the pain that you have to deal with on a day to day basis, all I can say is that I'm sending you good vibes of health and love. You're one of the loveliest people that I know, and your continued positive attitude will do wonders for you. It's awful to hear that the doctors have reached a point where they don't know what else to do for you, but the only small comfort you can take from all of it is that you're doing your best. You're doing the absolute best that you can do under incredibly trying circumstances, and that's all anyone can ask. I love you so much! Matey, words are never sufficient at such times. They are empty hollow things strung together that have been said a hundred thousand times before. But, the feelings behind them are warm and real. If I could take away your suffering I would. If I could distract you from dark thoughts I would. A great many people are very fond of you (those who are close by, and others from afar).

I cannot imagine how scared and sad and tired you must feel. Not to mention angry. I'm angry that medical professionals haven't helped you and angry in the first place that you have to deal with this. I hope for your recovery, whether medical or miracle. In the meantime thank you for every moment you spend hanging out with us/me. I've already cherished the moments in which you feel well enough to film or chat, and I will continue to do so.
You are a queen. I want to hug you. I hope that doesn't sound creepy. 😏 You blew me away the moment I discovered you and I always entertained the crazy idea of meeting you some day. This is why people should make blogs, to put themselves out there. I hope something glorious and life changing comes from this, that you find others who can help you. Your book videos are all amazing but this is, by far, the most profound and honest video you have ever posted. You are so beautiful and amazing and you are every bit woman even if you don't always feel it (or even if you think you don't look it), but you are. While so many woman dread turning 30 you are looking forward to it. You will have it and we all will be there to celebrate with you in any way we can. The love and support is strong. Keep us updated. I don't even know how to start saying Thank You to you all. For being such wonderful people and for giving me the strength to share this with you. I was really scared and the reaction has just been overwhelming. I wish to reply to you all and just thank you from the bottom of my heart!
My daughter is tube fed she is has a rare condition called foregut & bowel dysmobility with severe allergies . She is 4 and has had this from 8 months old . Grace is allergic to nearly everything ,from plasters to paints to cleaning products from nappies to crayons and also drugs and lots of food. She is NG tube and she can't have the peg as she is allergic to the tube which would be place. I just don't want you to feel alone have you contacted feeding . tube awareness as they have over 18000 people who may be able to help. I know how you understand by saying " eat what you can eat cake " as lots of people take eating for granted and my daughter would love to eat and constantly live in fear of an allergic reaction. She is allergic to milk, soya , strawberry , coconut ( in all forms from the nut to the chemical ) rosin ( pine chemical to pine trees ) . I wish you all the best and if you ever want to talk I am your age 29 then please contact myself . Xxx

It is too bad that we cannot give people who need them fat transplants (so their bodies have a store of calories to pull from before cannibalizing vital organs). I would gladly be a fat donor. I think that with all that you deal with. On a daily basis, you have a remarkably positive attitude.
