    It's amazing how you can revive a level that a normal sheet metal shop can't fix. It's wonderful that you can restore the distorted skeleton and weld the parts to perfection.

    This is a miracle!
    In Japan, I would have given up on the repair due to its high repair cost. The car would have been dismantled and used for parts afterwards, but the team was able to bring it back to life.
    It makes me proud to see a car born in Japan (presumably a Nissan) being used with such care.
    I just want to say thank you to the team for all their hard work!

    Good job done but I noticed some Chanel like this accident they doing laser seeing the rods or doing ( distance)scale measurements X checking thanks for the video ( Kuwait 🇰🇼)

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  Год назад +2

      Thank you for your comment, Murtadah Hasan! Yes, there are other methods like laser scanning or distance scale measurements that can be used to check for alignment after a collision repair. These methods can provide very precise measurements and are commonly used in more advanced collision repair shops. However, in this video, we wanted to show a more basic method that can be done with simple tools to give viewers an idea of how alignment checks can be done even with limited resources.

      Thank you for your message. Such an accident can be completely repaired to avoid the waste caused by scrapping the vehicle. Of course, the repair cost in Canada is much higher than the value of this car, so I will give up the repair

    That chassis leg is going to snap along the weld if it crashes again.
    It should have been a staggered join with reinforcement.

      @captiantim1
      You're right to agree.
      All modern cars are built with 'crumple zones'.
      This is to absorb energy from impact in the event of a crash. When rebuilding a crashed car you have to take into account the original crumple zone. The repair has got to be strong, but not too strong or too weak.
      Fact is, any structural repair on any car affects its performance in a crash.
      The only way to be certain is to join on original spot weld locations. That means a lot of extra work.
      If the chassis leg snaps on the weld it's not transferring the energy down the length of the car. Suddenly the energy has to find a new direction to travel.
      Disturbing crumple zones may affect deployment of airbags.There's chance airbags wont deploy if the repair is a bit shit.

      Sorry I can't give you a detailed list of replacement parts, but in the video you can see the replacement process for many different parts. Since there may be differences in the naming of these parts in different countries, it is difficult for me to provide an exact translation. If you have more questions about a specific part or process, I will try to help.

      虽然焊接的车身构件有可能存在锈蚀的风险,但是这种情况可以通过定期检查和维护来延长其使用寿命。同时,如果在发现锈蚀问题时及时处理,也可以避免锈蚀对车身结构的影响。
