Hi, I have also made straight pipe on my car (320cdi) and I can recommend you putting in the shortest possible straight through muffler. It makes the car quieter at low load, but clears out the exhaust sound at high loads. Keep up the good work

I doubt it… there’s a square shaped space between the engine and gearbox that the exhaust runs through and is the issue.
I can probably get something bigger in there but it will stick out as the lowest part under the car. For now I’m happy with it as is🤘😁
