What a fantastic idea you gave me Michael. I will use your method of rolling the dough. I am impressed. I never thought of baking the dough in a muffin tray. It looks much more professional. As a filling I will use cinnamon sugar, cheese. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Michael.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Reminds me of making croissant, but with a much simpler steps, more manageable and the dough and butter was divided down to individual pieces from early on, which eliminates the need to roll out the whole dough to certain length (the part I failed in croissant making). I think is a good alternative way of making laminated bread dough 👍 glad I came across this video today

Yes, 60g for the making the bread dough. 30g butter is for laminating. I mentioned in the video to divide the bread dough to 7 portions. Each portion is around 130g and it needs 30g butter for laminating.
