    ogbono
    dawdaw
    cryfish
    assorted
    smoked fish
    stock fish
    perewinke (optional)
    palm oil
    dry pepper
    fresh pepper (optional)
    pumpkin leave
    salt
    maggi (of ur choice)
    method
    First of we season our meat with fresh pepper,dry pepper,salt and maggi and we added our stock fish and steam for about (15) mins.and we added water to meat allow to cook for 5mins. add our smoked fish and stire a little . then we added some salt and maggi for taste allow to cook another 2mins and we added our ogbono and vegetables our soup is ready
