I saw a poodle in game the other day when I was playing, never seen one in-game before lol to be fair, I had just picked up playing again after a long time, just now continuing in only my 2nd playthrough. It's definitely possible I missed it plenty of times before, but still cool that there's more surprises (for me) after 6 years.
I aleays got the special scene because when I first played I obviously didn't know and simply didn't refill cores, and saw the scene... It works as a nice tutorial, you see the effects of consuming things and the importance. Next playthroughs I simply didn't refill cores because I knew if would be refilled by this scene, so I could keep my items for later. So yeah, I never seen this part without the scene.
@@ТирионЛаннистер-п4кI'm in my 3rd playthrough currently and I can see myself playing it at least 10 more times.. why you ask? What people never realize about this mission, is the trip up the mountain, from the creek they pass over. The actual route they took is blocked off when chapter 2 starts. You can't get back up there. Nor can you go back up the same way they come down. I've posted a video of Arthur finding his way back up there. But I had to come from outside the map to get there. It's a long journey. But well worth the trip.
@@helentunnicliffe7684 What glitch is that? I've been from the devils cave all the way across the top. It's pretty interesting overlooking Colter, Adlers ranch and a few other places. I've seen video's of outside the maps from down south. And they don't look very interesting. (But I'm not a fan of the epilog)
Maybe they're just hungry and in a bit of discomfort. I mean a person can live a day or two without food as long as there's enough water so bourbon may just ease the pain of being hungry.
@_MaZTeR_ The 1st 10 times I played it, I ripped through the story mode. The other 42 times was just to find hidden things and trying to platinum it which I still haven't. One day, maybe after the 152nd playthrough.

Crazy that they thought of this, funny how I always try to keep my cores filled, never tried this. Whiskey and extreme cold. Sounds fun to me, makes that fire in your cabin so attractive.
Rockstar sure does take their time to drop a new game. But when they drop one, it's always a banger of a game, filled with so much intricate details like these. And fir that reason, they will always be GOATed
An actual example of having a high budget with a talented developers you get this highly polished Seriously i first didn't understand but then you showed the end my mind was lime 🤯
It's crazy that we're still finding stuff like this did you know when you're helping brother darkens free the slaves from the fence you can actually give the slaves money from the. Register I found that out yesterday
I've just realized that I have never once followed the game's instructions in this mission! I would eat, like, one can of beans and forget about it, then always got the special cutscene in all of my playthroughs, so I never knew you could miss it entirely 😆🤠👍
A few things this game got wrong or what i would have liked to see. You should have been able to clean your weponds when camping. You do all your crafting sleeping cooking while camping. Why not clean your guns? You have to feed and brush your horse. Why not have to re shoe it? The bonding levels control the speed, which all you have to do is lead your horse around for about an hour while feeding and patting it, and you will have a bounded level 4 horse. So it's pretty pountless. Imagine you're running from the law and a shoe falls off and you horse stars running to thr right. It would add more to the game imo. The bounty system is way too complicated and feels broken. The hunting is pretty freaking good for what it is. The fishing has to be the worst part of that game. No, wait, maybe the gambling. The npcs will go all in on a 2-9 off suit. One challenge is to beat the black jack dealer 3 times while hitting 3 times or more. The knife is just hitting x and y over again. Domino's does feel like a real game. But the black jack and poker are not fun at all. They put indians in the game, but outside the reservation, you never see them. You can go into valentime st denis rodes and murder the whole town. You can muder cats and dogs but can't do a thing to an indian. I love this game, but some of the missions feel like a point and click game. Why smoke a cigarette or anything when you have 50 potent miricle tonic that will give you full health stamina and dead eye. Before every missions, just eat a steak or sleep for 48 hours, then make sure you got a bunch of those tonics, and you're good to go. It makes that whole system pointless. So let me get this straight. If you're in a shoot out with the law and you try to get on your horse to escape, it will run from you because it's scared. Okay, that makes sense. But if you hop on a train to rob it and get in a shot out, the horse will no longer be scared and ram itself into the train and die. Cool beans. Yes, it's a great game, but i think people forget how frustrating the gameplay can be at times.
Another thing is when I take my horse to the stable and pay the guy for the core boosts, it doesn't come with brushing the horse. When I ride out of that stable, he should be clean as a whistle. 😁😁😁
I never really understood why bourbon is the only alcohol in game that hurts your health core. I end up never drinking it for that reason. Better to drink rum, gin or brandy since they only restore stamina and dead eye core.
I didn't refill my cores on my 1st playthrough because yknow, just came fresh outta gta 5. But on my 2nd playthrough I wanted to see what would happen and I just missed it
my girlfriend didn't get this scene when she played because she was properly eating beforehand. was kinda disappointed because i was weirdly excited for this little interaction.
I just replayed the game with a new game. I thought this had to happen because I missed the instruction that we can fill our cores at that point hahaha
