VONC MOTION APPLICATION

Douglas Tomuriesa, Member of Parliament (MP) for Kiriwina-Goodenough Open Electorate and Leader of the Opposition, has submitted an application to the Supreme Court of Justice in Waigani, Papua New Guinea, seeking clarification on various sections of the Constitution.
