I think some of you need a reality check if you think $550,000 for oceanfront property in Maine with a three bedroom three bathroom new build. That is not California prices that is 2024 prices. This home has central air, three different kinds of heat, a factory installed generator, heated floors in the basement. This is one of the prettiest homes I've seen in a long time it's gorgeous. If you can't afford the property it's not their fault.
Great lot, puzzling house design. Little, if anything, says MAINE, (but had to laugh looking at the sink in the master bath...I was immediately reminded of my days in boarding school back in the early '60's or was it the mens room at Fenway, circa 1970...OOPS, shame on me!).
Well, guess that is why there is 31 flavors at Baskin Robbins. I told my husband I loved it took a screenshot and said I would duplicate it in one of our houses. I like the rustic look of the cedar wood shelf above the sink. Good use of space also.

An 800 square foot condo on the California coast would cost a million dollars or more. Homes on the northern Maine coast are the most affordable in the country.
