Then when it messed up he wasn’t in the engine bay when it messed up he was the last to look and last one in there to work on it too I guess life easier to lay others to do it when u got the money

Smoke = unburned fuel. Your pickups are choking on their exhaust leading to incomplete combustion -> unburned fuel -> less power. If you want to achieve a perfect AFR everytime, look up Banks power.

Needs a waste gate on the valley charger. Preferably bypassing the valley charger going directly to the atmosphere charger. Otherwise It'll keep over speeding pretty much any turbo put in the valley and the owner will be right back here... This is a non waste gated VGT turbo issue.

@@user-hd9dm8mt2n That's because 95% of the guys installing turbos are doing a piss poor job of it. They are leaving Boost leaks galore and boost leaks are the #1 killer of Turbos hands down. In this video when the big turbo comes on line it pushes the valley charger way outside the acceptable shaft speed limit, to keep it happy you have to have a wastegate. Also notice it only blew up once he went to tune 5, which drives both turbos harder causing higher shaft speeds in both and the valley turbo failed. If I were to guess I'd bet the valley turbo was probably spinning 1.6x faster than it should have been.

Dude has way too much fuel for his turbo set up needs to tune down the fuel or at least get it tuned right. Dirty tunes will throw those trucks off or just buy a Cummins dmax guys tryna run these s400’s lol (Black truck)
