    Hey there Richard. I just found your channel and I appreciate what you do. You give info that I haven't seen others give. One thing I haven't seen anyone speak on including you but I haven't seen all your videos is starting out what you start with? Like day 1 did you just order screens as people needed or did you start with x stock? If someone was to start out rather low income right now how would you suggest they do it? What stock or is it feasible to do by the order?

    • @RichardMeza
      @RichardMeza  3 года назад +1

      I started out by buying cracked iPhones off Craigslist, fixing, refurbishing them and selling right back on craigslist. I bought parts as I went. Thats how I learned to repair.

      @@RichardMeza when you first started replacing screens for people how many did you typically keep on hand? Ive been toying with fixing electronics and such taking this part from x to fix y and such and im considering moving on to trying repairs so im trying to get an idea for what kind of stock I should have for a semi casual deal.

    Has Anyone ever thought of adding "pre-paid plans" to their current Lineup?? I mean if they are getting their phone repaired by you, I would think it wouldn't be too difficult to win them over as a prepaid wireless plan acct...? Or would that be more than your biz would be able to handle? Very Curious abt this.....I need to wait until my VoIP biz slowers down a little.

    • @RichardMeza
      @RichardMeza  3 года назад

      You get the screen back after its refurbished. So the screen you bought up front, you get it back. The first refurbishing round yes you have to wait until you get your inventory back. But after the first round of gathering screens, its game on from there. You are still charging people though. Charging them glass only repair pricing. Or you can charge everyone the full display replacement charge and and collect screens that way. Buy them all with the frame so you can just do swap outs. And after you gather up all those screens then send them to be refurbished, and after you get the first round back, you'll have all your inventory back and start glass only repair from that point on.
