Its really bad when the OBDSTAR tells you to "insert a new key in the ignition" during the programming stage. When in fact it should read "insert the original key". Its this that has had me spending 4 hours trying to program a new key when it should only take 3-5 mins. Thanks for your video, it has shown me the correct way to program a new key. Huge thanks for the perfect, step-by-step process video. Not even programmers can get it right....
Had an enquiry for akl 2017 Boxer. Wasn't sure if the alarm activates after picking in, it locks the bcm like Delphi 500's. Was honest with the customer, and he bailed. Do you know for sure either way please?
I have with obdstar fiat qubo 2009, and ducato 2015, read pin Was OK. But old original key can't teach in. It shows :precoding keys can't be learned.any idea why? Seems this happens not only to me.
Hi Sebastian, have u ever had trouble with fiat panda pcf7961 adding remote?. When I precode with obdstar the remote no longer works and the red led won't flash, neither produce a 433mhz signal.. thanks
Hello mate ive just programmed a 69 plate one with obd star and tried my Autel programmed in fine but remote does not work key is sending a signal for remote but wont work it goes in as 2018 is 69 plate different remote ?

Is not a diy. This is an dedicated key. You need to make dealer key first and then learn all keys back. On fiat, you have to learn back all the keys every time. The key Once deleted , can't be programmed back
Id 46 marelli key mate. Programming the first key twice is just a thing with obdstar. It says insert the new key, (no key is programed at this point) but actually it means insert the first key.

Need Here use extra Adapter?fd can or Green cooverter or fca cable?
No extra adapters. Just the P001 programmer and obd plug. Works straight away

Newest I have been able to make a spare key for is 2019 (69). Anyone been able to do newer? (2020/2021).
2020 2021 models are different and it doesn't read the pin code on OBD anymore. It has to be done eeprom
