Even the lead violinist is in love with the conductor!
And the sound engineer is apparently in love with the flautist.

This one has become my favourite execution of Prokofiev's First! The right amount of energy, youth, playfulness. The woodwind section is very clear, in particular in the third movement where it has a fundamental role. The conductor, too, is really brilliant, especially when he starts "dancing" :D
That's the best looking orchestra I've seen in 60 years of concert going / watching... And the happy intensity of all involved... Prokofiev surely smiles.
Nobody in the string section appears to be over 30.
The perfect combination of a brilliant conductor, an excellent orchestra, a magnificent piece by a genius composer and a top-notch sound and video quality. What a joy!
Well near perfect. The orchestra was constantly behind the conductor.
I LOVE this conductor! He’s a dude! A beautiful piece beautifully performed. What a joy for that audience to experience.
I am so inspired. It is as I would see Sergej rise from his grave to spend ovations to those lovely young talents, who give any ounce of energy into this adorable work of art.
Adorabil ! Superb !
WOW, must show this to my sceptical daughter how classical music can be performed in the XXI century...
The first time I heard it, it was great! "The music is wonderful!" May the world be peaceful. please come to Japan too. I will definitely go listen to it.
I love this playful, fruitful, brilliantly played favorite of mine in this sparkling rendition. Thanks, so great.
Flutes killing it with that tricky part
The conductor is sure having fun
If this symphony doe not make you smile, nothing will 🙂
Great work: Kristjan Jarvi.
Two thumbs up!!!! Superb!!!
if they would play this on my grave, I would dance in it.............
The conductor trusts and respects the musicians
For me nothing compares to this piece.
I like it to be played fast and wildly, like in the TV Series "The Flaxton Boys" to capture the vigour and joy of youth
Absolutely loved the Flaxton boys. Only a few people remember that series.
It was this tv show that got me to love and search out this piece!

The regular conductor rehearsed the orchestra extremely well, but was taken ill and had to be replaced by a drunken sailor. Just kidding! Great performance.
I’m not going to lie that was genius! 😂
this conductor seems clownish.
Yes,but fun.
What son of Satan put adverts in this wonderful music. Is nothing sacred in this world any more?

Très bon orchestre. Le chef fait la vedette de music-hall pendant que les jeunes en bavent avec cette partition redoutable. Bof!
Живенько, но не глубоко.
While I love the output of this orchestra I would not want to play with that conductor. What is it with newer conductors that they don't at least with one hand beat out the beat of the piece? He looks ridiculous singing along while he's conducting.
какой неприятный дирижёр
