I'm 33, got my first camera that wasn't my cell phone last year. I love photography, but I always feel like it's too late. So many programs tailored to younger people. I know it's my anxiety speaking and it's not too late but it's hard to shake. Thanks for making this content and creating these videos

I've been following Faizal a couple of years now and have watched his artistry bloom. You come across as an everyday kinda guy who recognized your passion for photography and had the will, desire and circumstances and decided to pursue it. Many of us are similar to you who unfortunately our circumstances do not allow to pursue our passion to the same extent so we live vicariously thru you. Keep up the passion my friend!

Wow what an excellent documentary production of a street photographer Matej. Really well done. You allowed the man to speak...perfect. You must have a good rapport with people. This is a skill not everyone has.
I went to NYC from Australia in 2018 and I just thought, man, I want to live here. People ask what me what did I like about New York and I just say, `Man, its New York.' What a very special place...for me at least.

Problem with social media nowadays is if you don't have a following, its hard to get your work appreciated.
if I took the same shot and look as him, no discredit to him as he's a fantastic photographer, I won't get the same recognition and following due to me being unknown.
    It is what it is.

I'd say, you don't get any following these days if you not only ticking off photography itself, but also RUclips, FB, Instaspam, and all these platforms, because you NEED to be a personality today and it is not about the art anymore (which is sad in my opinion) but more about the artist and the feeling he conveys while endlessly being lost in the algorithm cycle, not doing what they love, but what is necessary to stay relevant. That is the most negative trend in photography since it was invented. Instagram is not about the photography anymore (as it innitially was) but only a huge catalogue for women without self-worth (only self-love, which is an entirely different and negative thing) or to promote brands and products rather than art.

Paulie b certainly did not invent the documentary film genre and definitely did not invent the street photographer documentary interview style. He is a part of a long legacy of this type of work. This is a well done film and I can’t wait to see more!
