I already said it, I will not repeat it again. Keep this in mind forever and never ever forget it.
This isn’t going to be anything special, I got super hyped hearing 32 gb but it’s just going to be stuff for ps5 pro. we can’t download it yet on ps4, doubt many ppl’s ps4’s have room for that these days, and they couldn’t find 32 gb of stuff to add if they tried
Good thing I future proofed my PS5 with a 4TB SSD. Digital games are getting bigger and bigger. In 10 years time the new generation won't know what a disc drive is 😂
Hopefully we get a single player update that lends some better replayability but doubt it. It sounds like it’s cars and maybe a track or two like someone said. I really would like some custom championships worth some actual prize money with tire wear and weather.
This update is very disappointing, who on earth wants a Jimny or mission x Porsche? There are so many other more exiting cars that could have been included.
So we’re going to receive 500 scapes, 100 of the silly music b*llocks, loads of cafe menus which everyone’s already completed about a year ago and 5 cars 😂😂😂😂 GT7 is the gift that keeps on letting us down
So if Polyphony don't release a PS5 Pro update for GT7, people are angry, but if they do release one people are angry because it requires more storage? What is wrong with people?!?!
@ Great Question!!! We need more cars that can be used for the daily races. Gr.3, Gr2 etc. The daily races are the only thing keeping GT7 alive at this point and we rarely get any new cars for them. Of course, none of this matters when it is the same courses over and over and over again. You can only race the same meta cars on the same tracks so many times before you get bored out of your mind. The game now has very little replay value. Thankfully, it would appear some new racing sims are on the horizon that have some potential. Sony and Polyphony (not a misspelling) have screwed themselves.
It doesn't make sense if most of the 32gb is for PS5 Pro that PS5 would have the same file size ! Unless the "enhanced" elements for PS5 Pro isn't what it seems I.e a rip off ! Don't forget GT7 wasn't one on the official list of games to be enhanced
Gt7 needs to go pc, being wasted on console. Appreciate the history but imagine gt7 triples, enough compute for actual physics than the arcade on rails physics we get. Like having a beautiful painting that’s just to small and covered by tinted glass. The beauty isn’t fully realised.
PD be like "fckem, give them another jimny and make it 30 gb"

Pre-installing updates must be a new feature on PS5 as another game recently did that as well for me.
After finish update 1.52 ( 53Gb) now 1.54 ( 30+Gb ) OMG
Glad I finally bought a SSD. Game file sizes are just too silly these days.

Warning: The "Plymouth GTX 426 Hemi '71 (1971)", actually this car is already in the Gran Turismo series, made its first appearance in Gran Turismo 2, with the name: "Plymouth Road Runner '71 (1971)". When they add this car to Gran Turismo 7 in a future update, they will name it: "Plymouth GTX 426 Hemi '71 (1971)". This would be one of the cars that could return to Gran Turismo 7 after a long absence from the series.
And also when they add the "Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z '90 (1990)" and the "Pontiac GTO '65 (1965)", they would replace these two cars that appeared in the previous games in the series:
Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z Concept '88 (1988)
Pontiac Tempest Le Mans GTO '64 (1964)
And I also want you to add and design 3 Vision Gran Turismo prototypes from the brands: Alfa Romeo, Ford and Tesla; but with names like this:
Alfa Romeo Vision Gran Turismo
Ford Vision Gran Turismo
Tesla Vision Gran Turismo
All this information has to be read, seen and known by Kazunori Yamauchi and Polyphony Digital, since they are the creators of the Gran Turismo series and they must take care of this matter. I already said it, I will not repeat it again. Keep this in mind forever and never ever forget it.
How about the Fanatec Fullforce? With this huge data? Hmmmmm hopefully 😅
It's just the 8k texture packs
Did the update include the Thrustmaster T-598 wheel?
That's what I'm hoping for as well 🙏.
How do you pre-install? I can't see any options.....maybe it's because I am on a PS4 Pro. Any ideas, thanks.
Update file for PS4 will be smaller and just containing content only
@tatsnneeps341 Why would they get nothing? They get all the same updates minus the enhanced ai sophy.
14.530GB on my ps4 to download 😂
It 5 cars, 3 new tracks, psvr 2 and pro update all in one
Its not new tracks. Its just events.
Hopefully a big difference for Psvr2
I’m hoping for a big vr update with the pro
What's the Total Space Requirement for Gran Turismo 7, Including All & This Updates? Thinking of Finally Picking It Up for PS5. Thanks for the vids!
It’s the ray tracing shaders updates
anyone can tell me the mercedes w196r what is max PP after customization? Thanks
Been looking forward to this
32gb is insane
Typical GT
The game files are just too big… as if the console is only supposed to run this one game… 😂
I think its because of the high detail level of the car models. Makes it heavy. More graphical detail = more space
15 to 20 mins download on my PS5.
me too lol
1 1/2 hour here.... there goes my time I had to play today. This sucks!
I think its a track
Nope.... sadly the trailer is out now
Are we likely getting a track?
I really hope it!
Nope sadly 😥
Can’t wait for upgrade for my ps5 pro!!!! And see if they upgrade even more on my psvr2 !!
Same! Vr did run smoother but there was no noticeable increase in fidelity
@ yea exactly hopefully the fidelity is better
Good thing I future proofed my PS5 with a 4TB SSD. Digital games are getting bigger and bigger. In 10 years time the new generation won't know what a disc drive is 😂
32 more gigs and 1 1/2 hours just to update.... there goes my time I had to play today. This sucks! Should NOT be 170 gigs for one game!
Last update made me clear 108GB on my PS4
My PS5 is currently downloading the update. 32 gigs.
That's because it's available to pre-install, it goes live tomorrow
@@naffantait Yeah it downloaded but the install is only available tomorrow. So pre downloading but install tomorrow.
What a COD sized update
34 gb must be the PS5 Pro patch
I've got the patch, theres no ray tracing, no pro modes, replays still 30 fps.
@@Jasonsadventures Ah what!! hmm why is it so large then, unless they are in the works of patching it properly
@@meliotdas I just had a thought, the patch downloads but doesnt unlock until a certain time?. I'm going to look again now that it's past midnight
@@meliotdas I had a look, there's a lock on the patch. . Says it can't be used for another 13 hours.. fail
@@Jasonsadventures well I need a PS5 Pro, so i'm an even bigger fail, but that's great news, GT7 is about to become the best looking racing game ever.
Long awaited ps5 pro update that just released. I think we don't need this.
Die Downloadzeit für das Update ist länger als der Spielspass welchen man wegen dem Update haben wird.
It won't install on ps5
Love your content but wtf is going on with this franchise it's just stupid to go pay 600 on a pro and another $ on a a new TV or monitor
If the standard ps5 isn't getting a graphics upgrade, then the file size should be different between them.
No pre-install on PS4, just checked. Obviously the PS4 file size is going to be a wee bit smaller.
Hopefully we get a single player update that lends some better replayability but doubt it. It sounds like it’s cars and maybe a track or two like someone said.
I really would like some custom championships worth some actual prize money with tire wear and weather.
Remember the end of the year update they were going to roll out the 30 years of PlayStation something about a GT1 homage demo or something
Is it only on ps5 or ps5 pro?
And it not be available in ps4
Hopefully we'll get a Hellcat swap for the 70 Dodge Super Bee
35gb filling up my storage and i won't be able to use this update, how stupid, just issue it for the PS5 pro consoles
Trailer is up for the new update and doesn’t show a new track. Only the new cars…..:
We want the spoon ek civic!
32gb😅
Focus IV, Fiesta VIII, Mégane IV, Clio III should be added to this game BTW Would love to see them in GT's insane model quality.
First? Waiting for some new broken cars and physics
Second?
Broken cars and physics? What game are you playing
I got the update but why that update queue after finished???
This update is very disappointing, who on earth wants a Jimny or mission x Porsche?
There are so many other more exiting cars that could have been included.
It's size probably also has to do with the support of the new Thrustmaster T598 wheel. Fingers crossed 🤞.
Sounds like higher res textures for the PS5 Pro, shame it couldn't be downloaded separately like the XBOX did with Call of Duty
I don't even have enough space on my SSD because they're terrible at optimization of space.
nice ooopdate
Just tried to pre install on my PS 5 - no go.
Guess I'll just wait until tomorrow
34Gb to have only 5 cars and no new track 😭🤡
that's a sick bmw, back when bmw looked simple but menacing
Tomorrow. Ugh. Finally.
thats so skibidiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
yes so skibidi
That's 1 of the problems with playstation you have to have it running for the updates to come in as with xbox they come in even if its off
might be just updated textures for PRO.
hey i need to be first😠😠😠😠
Looking forward to the inevitable anticlimax
So we’re going to receive 500 scapes, 100 of the silly music b*llocks, loads of cafe menus which everyone’s already completed about a year ago and 5 cars 😂😂😂😂 GT7 is the gift that keeps on letting us down
So if Polyphony don't release a PS5 Pro update for GT7, people are angry, but if they do release one people are angry because it requires more storage?
What is wrong with people?!?!
Now I kinda wish I hadn’t gotten incredibly bored with the game and removed from my console. 5 cars, none of which are worth a damn for anything.
Which cars would, in your opinion, be worth a damn for anything?
@ Great Question!!! We need more cars that can be used for the daily races. Gr.3, Gr2 etc. The daily races are the only thing keeping GT7 alive at this point and we rarely get any new cars for them. Of course, none of this matters when it is the same courses over and over and over again. You can only race the same meta cars on the same tracks so many times before you get bored out of your mind. The game now has very little replay value. Thankfully, it would appear some new racing sims are on the horizon that have some potential. Sony and Polyphony (not a misspelling) have screwed themselves.
32 GIGS I HOPE THERES AN OFFICIAL DRAG RACE LOBBY
How many Porches does a game need when other brands are completely ignored? 😖
The only thing I like about Forza is that it has a lot of hyper cars 😗
so skibidiiiiiiiiiii💀💀🧐🤓🤓
Maybe this was why the release was delayed... load balance for sony.
No update available yet for the ps4
(Yes i play on a ps4pro because the ps5 does not support the thrustmaster t500rs 🗿)
Mine took 13mns probably the same time it will take to install
It doesn't make sense if most of the 32gb is for PS5 Pro that PS5 would have the same file size !
Unless the "enhanced" elements for PS5 Pro isn't what it seems I.e a rip off ! Don't forget GT7 wasn't one on the official list of games to be enhanced
I wonder if My First Gran Turismo content is included
More than likely a separate thing entirely
32gb for five cars and one menu!!!!
Updating now Naff....files are huge
32 GB seems like installing another game
New track or we riot !!!
Gt7 needs to go pc, being wasted on console. Appreciate the history but imagine gt7 triples, enough compute for actual physics than the arcade on rails physics we get. Like having a beautiful painting that’s just to small and covered by tinted glass. The beauty isn’t fully realised.
Vielleicht eine neue Strecke dabei????
Damn regular PS5 owners are getting boned!
woa!!!!!
it will be full of nothing then....😒
😅 my controller still works jus fine 😂
As suspected just more of the same
