  • This is for all of us who have just one thing in common with one of greatest of all time, Andrei Chemerkin, and that one thing is absolute terrible front rack mobility. After you have improved your front rack mobility you can try to gain even half of the strenght of Mr. Chemerkin.
    Now cut the bullshit and let's see what you need to do.
    REVERSE CHEMERKIN
    1️⃣With empty bar. Feel how your mobility suck today and prepare your self mentally to be amazed.
    2️⃣Put some weight to bar. Take rubber band and put it in front of your elbow and under your foot. Then tease your range of motion. The last inches are most crusial, since there you will get neuromuscular effect which will be the beef here.
    3️⃣Do phase 2️⃣ again but throw rubber band away.
    4️⃣With empty bar test your new improved mobility.
    5️⃣Try to be like Chemerkin in view of strenght
