I’ve heard that one bumper sticker said “Don’t believe everything you think “. I mentioned this to one of the wisest people I know and they suggested that I don’t believe anything that I think . For me this helps to bring more calm and peace to the mind. With this calming the still small voice becomes more easily heard . 🙏🏻❤️

WOW - this is the BEST DESCRIPTION I've EVER seen based on MY beliefs (which is quite SOM!!!!) & it helps me share with others why I'm NOT caught up in fear, etc. over what's going on in the world since I KNOW that we ALL helped to create all this to help get US to go WITHIN to heal OUR stuff (on some levels especially those things I get Triggered by!!!).
