I bought this book for $2 about 10 years ago and never read it... Today, there was a light that flickered in my room and for some strange reason, it called me to pick up this book and start reading it. WOW!!!! It blew me away!
So thankful that this was recorded all those years ago so that we can hear Dr.Holmes speak his words as well as read his words. Such wonderful Blessings to so many. ❤
very likely. If you read the book, there's much more reference to the "AS YOU" phenomenon. I suspect in this talk, for the general public, it's probably too "out there" to even mention the idea that God (good) operates as man - that the divine within IS god. Here is a beautiful saying from Meister Eckhart: "The eye with which I see God is the same eye with which God sees me." Can God make something that is not then himself/herself? Isn't God ALL? Then we too are God - though too small a part to comprehend ourselves. We are always in the mind of god. We are continually perceived by our creator - and that is why we exist, even when we're not conscious of ourselves.
I studied him in the Burbank Center for Spiritual Living from 2012 - 2017. I apply it. He was ahead of his time. It's true. Most people do not understand what Jesus was actually teaching.
True. But the Science of Mind does believe in going to a Doctor, or someone in the medical profession, when we're unable to manifest the cure ourselves.
Recognizing someone is not a fully conscious effort that includes, sent without sniffing, Eyes regions of the faces, sound of their voice and then memory. Ignoring a instinctual reaction can get you dead if you have good instincts. The subconscious mind recognizing the danger from collected sensory information and sending a warning to the conscious brain. The part of the brain that you recognize as yourself may well be the lesser you but is still more then able to influence the subconscious brain and block instinctual reactions. Certain things can have negative effects on the instincts. Like someone who hates hours at a time every day to a point of developing a hate disorder. Common among criminal elements and military. Your brain talks to itself and exchanges information. entering Inaccurate information can increase the chances of mental illness that can be fixed with self-honesty correcting the bad information. Being able to hear the Exhange could also cause mental illness. Reminds me of a quote by Shakespear. To thine own self be true.

What i see is ppl will take what hw has said and dilute it, white wash it and make it their own. Just like what the Jehovah Witnesses has done with the bible....taken words out, inserting words in it, and making it what they want it.
We aren’t immortal bodies but while alive we have much more power than we were led to believe.. it’s why the media is so powerful, it knows your thoughts project reality.. so they control your thoughts and as a collective we create the reality they want us to.

I used to hear this all the time. Its a wierd kind of wisdom. But its not the full truth. So be careful with this actually stay away from it. Jesuschrist is the truth. Find him while you can. God is the person that helps u. We are nothing and God is everything!

( which could be faulty). i have no skepticism in my mind whatsoever... i am actually full of faith and work to increase my faith daily.... but there is truth and their is false. There is God ( who is Jesus) and there is the devil who blinds and disguises the truth with teachings that seem to have bits of light but is not the full light! In doing so he keeps u from the light and the full freedom there is in the light (Jesus).
