I am a living testimony to what this video shares. This morning in my prayer after reading a chapter in the book of Acts 1 and John 1 I was asking for wisdom to understand what it is to truly 'believe' and how do I know if I truly 'believe' and this video is what I came upon. There is truly a power for good and it heard my prayer for understanding and allowed me to find this video. Let us seek to know the power of believing and act upon it, but if we are having trouble believing ask for help and you will get help...Matt. 7: 7-8. It cannot be denied that this dear fellow has studied "Christian Science with key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, 1821-1910. I think she would have been pleased with his understanding of her writings!!!!!
This is Old School teachings, but very pure. Holmes wasn't try to be a slick, hip teacher, he just focused on pure teachings of the Principles of Creation. His teachings were very thorough and pure. And, it's beyond just Law of attraction, he gets into the Nature of Reality and effective healing methods.
I recommend people read his main books if you want a DEEP understanding beyond just attracting stuff (The Science of Mind and "Living the Science of Mind" and "This thing called You")
Yes, it does matter. Ernie was a great man, The Science of Mind. Religious Science is the organization, and The Science of Mind is the teaching. He resisted turning his teaching into a church.

You've been using it forever already just not thinking of it. Everything you believe an say you can or can't do that's what happens. When you listen to others an say within yourself you'll get sick you get sick. When you say NO I won't get sick you don't get sick. Same with everything else in your life. Of course there's exceptions sometimes because there's many forces at play. But almost always what you say happens!

I have been studying Holmes' teachings for many years and it seems to me that he was not a racist and his teachings clearly do not contain any class, race, or gender discrimination nor any quarrel with sexual orientation, etc. In fact, this month's theme for the CSLs who are speaking along the same message, is "Kinship with all Life"

if all this is true why is there a neglect regarding the form of 'govern-ment" (control-mind)-meaning the system requires admonishment. As Jesus said "the Sabbath was made for man not man for the Sabbath." in other words you manifest all day but at the end of the day money is required to pay for your manifestation dead presidents buy God. God is secondary to the system based upon current events. talk about injustice.

Principles of principals
"The Secret" is not new it's been around since the beginning of time. It's called FAITH. and God has given each of us a measure of it. Paul says in Romans 12:3 " For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.

In the 1920s, people were more open to metaphysical ideas than they are now. Ernie had a very complex mind. He also had a flair for the dramatic. I believe he knew saying "There is a power in the universe greater than you are, and you can use it" was a simplification. Ernie knew we always use the power. We cannot help but use it.
Despite being more advanced technologically, society as a whole today seems to be in deeper darkness with respect to truth.

The message has been and will continue to be passed along regardless of what you think, but Im glad you looked it, perhaps you should continue to seek. +Chris Kavanagh They're all over - it's now organized under the title "Centers for Spiritual Living." You can find all the centers that are formally affiliated at csl.org. They don't all go by the name "Center for Spiritual Living" though... And each center's services are different from one another, from what I'm told by folks who have been to a number of them. In other words, it's not like attending a Catholic mass where it's the same exact format no matter where you go. Each center has its own format. The one I attended had a lot of music & guided meditation for example (since that's what the ministers were really into), whereas another may be more focused on the teachings.
Fabulous teachings, and my copy of Science of Mind goes everywhere with me. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the Agape Centers (Dr. Michael Beckwith) largely follow these teachings (Dr. Beckwith is an ordained Religious Science minister as well). And Unity (founded by the Fillmores) - while not a Science of Mind / Religious Science organization is considered New Thought and also has churches throughout the country. I hope this helps!

The more you listen, the more you see the importance in every word he's saying. The "as" is very life changing for me. Every time I hear him say that explanation, it activates all the pathways in my mind.
TJ Strong Yeah each time you listen to it, its transforming and creates more consciousness. Also, I break down words to-day to-morrow. To-day "to" is the action word as you are doing something in this day.
Also more on what I ment. "As" you believe means, as you are believing, it is being done unto you. As you are believing you are wealthy for 15 seconds, it is being done unto you, expand unto 20 seconds, it is being done unto you 5 seconds longer, "as" you are believing for an hour... it is being done unto you for an hour, as it is being done unto you, mind starts to create around itself as you are thinking. Mind starts to create around itself "what" and "as" you are believing.
The mind only knows what is thought. So it creates only what is thought. Or what you are thinking. Thinking is continuous thought, thinking is the continuous dominant thought for what you have been thinking in the past, thinking is the act of holding on-to. and bringing it further into the future an into creation.
Believe be-live. Being and living what you are being. You act in accordance to your being. Be happy because..... because I have love. Love is my being so I am acting in effect of that being and living from that being.
Be wealthy, so you live that way, which makes a belief, belief is a way of thinking that is automatic and Knowing

The Science of Mind was my first love, in metaphysical terms. I've graduated to A Course in Miracles, but it is really the same teaching. The beauty of the original teaching is eternal, and will never fade.

Thanks so much for posting this. I love these ol'timers and their wisdom. There's something really comforting to me about seeing such a regular old boy in a suit and tie confirming the truths of the universe. I love my present-day teachers too (Justin!) but to know that this wisdom shows up in the most unlikely people and places gives me even more faith...and makes me smile.
I have been applying the loa for the past year. It works! I have manifested a better job. I received some unexpected good news. I helped a friend and co signed a car loan for her. Needless to say the car was repoed. That destroyed my credit score. Last month I got a notification about my credit score went up. I checked and the car loan was gone! My credit score shot up 83 pts. I thought I had to look at that for 7 years. That negative credit report was there for 1 year and now it’s gone. I believe that it was divine intervention. Thank you god. I believe!😊🙏 Amen

Believe that you already have what it is you're asking for. Think about that statement. If you're asking for it, you obviously don't have it. I have a piece of paper in my hand. Do I have to ask for this piece of paper? No, I don't. Why? Because I already have it. How do I know that I already have it? Do I have to believe that I have it? Why should I? My eyes and the weight of the paper on my hand have already told me that I've got the paper. Since I already have it there's no need to ask for it. I don't have a cheeseburger in my hand, so it's logical for me to 1. ask for a cheeseburger, and 2. get up off my ass and go get it. If I don't get up off my ass and go get the cheeseburger, I am in danger of sitting here and starving. So perhaps the whole Crux of believe is, if you want something, the first step is to know what it is you want, that is, to define what it is you want, and the second step, the all-important second step, is to get up off your ass and go do what you need to do to get it. There is nothing mystical about this. It's just common sense.
I have Ernest Holmes book ( science of mind ) my bible sort of speak. I also have found a man in Iowa that thinks alike, he has a site that is most helpful, but don't go there if you are not welling to read what he has to say, he also has a 64 point test that he takes on your behalf ( through calibration ) the work of Dr.Hawkins, he is a student of his, just Google his name, good luck to you...............Blessings.

Does Mofedest Miracle really work? I see many people keep on talking about Mofedest Miracle. But Im not sure if it's good enough to discover see some improvements in your life especially financially.
I used to have trouble welcoming abundance and peace in my heart because I thought I had to have a clear comprehension and then I fell back down the hill and got discouraged. So I replaced comprehension with Feeling. As Ernest Holmes and Neville preached, and it feels a certain peace and I’m so grateful.
