keep an eye on following websites,

www.trac.jobs/
If they provide COS it will be mentioned along with the JD.

Depends on the Trust. Chila trusts sponsorships kodukkunnund. If they are providing COS it will be mentioned in the JD> I have seen many clinical coder jobs with COS but unfortunately all of them are closed now. Keep searching on trac jobs and nhs jobs websites.
