Who already completed full time ph.d before job and after 10 years of Govt job can he allowed to do another ph.d in other subjects by part-time. Authority allow or not?
I'm a govt employees working as TGT teacher in DSSSB(Dehli govt.) Since 4 years. M phd krna chahti hu or Mera addmission b ho chuka h lakin ab dept se NOC or Leave lene m problems aa rhi h sb kh rhe h ase nhi hota regular mode m nhi kr skte. Permission nhi milegi. Sir ase m ab m kya kru plz guide otherwise muje apna addmission cancel krwana pdega🙄

Dear sir, I am PhD 2nd yr student belongs to Agriculture subject. In ICAR system for a PhD degree minimum 3 years are required. Recently I got job offer of Class 1 officer in Bengaluru. I would like to join that job offer. But now after the completion of course work and 24 months of my residential period of my PhD, I would like to join that government job without affecting my PhD. Institute is not ready to give me any certificate of course completion. I have qualified UGC JRF as well as ICAR-SRF. I need atleast one course work completion certificate from my college so i can join my PhD later. Do you have any idea?

Lekin, agar aap kisi government ya private job mein hain, toh aapko apne department se No Objection Certificate (NOC) lena zaroori hoga, taaki yeh confirm ho sake ki aap dono cheezein manage kar paenge. Part-time PhD ka duration institute ke policies par depend karta hai. Aam taur par yeh 5-7 saal ke andar complete hoti hai, lekin yeh aapke research progress, guide ki satisfaction, aur university ke rules par bhi depend karta hai.
