    I think your primer feed spring may be backwards and that's why you're hearing the spring noise

    Hey, as a can not buy it over Etsy, would it be possible to get the files to print by my own?

    Will this also work for or do you have similar for the Lee App press?

    • @JohnFazer
      @JohnFazer  27 дней назад +1

      It will not work on the APP, but I have not had problems with that because of the jaws on the slider.

      @JohnFazer my .223 cases keep falling over, at least 1 every 5 or 6 cases, especially when the case feeder tube only has 1 or 2 left in the tube. I'm getting ready to order the door for my six pack, was hoping there might be one for the APP. I did not see the tool holder on your website.

    weak point on 6000 is the cheaper plastic for the driver clutch and driven clutch....any chance this could be done in a stronger plastic via your 3d magic?

    • @JohnFazer

      Unfortunately it would be hard to make one stronger than a cast part with 3D printing. Plus the factory one is so inexpensive I couldn’t match the price. Sorry

    I'm using the inline fabrication mounting plate for my pro6000, will your tool holder work with it, since it does not have bolts sticking out past the nuts? Thanks

    • @JohnFazer
      @JohnFazer  Год назад

      Sorry. The tool holder uses the bolts to stay in place.

    Piece of garbage! Spent 3full days to load 37rds of 357 mag. Will not feed more than 4 primers until it jams up. Will not index more than 2 stations, it then indexes between stations. I use their dies and a turret press and a single stage press with great success. Also really like the APP press. But this pro 6000 is landfill material. A good idea, but a no-go.

      24 hours invested in 37 rounds of 357?
      Maybe you should stick to a single stage and avoid trying to troubleshoot an inexpensive progressive press

      I put electrical tape in little strips on top of the indexing rod. This prevented it from moving and fixed the issue right up. Also, us acetone to clean all unfinshed surfaces. This will help everything work better. This is true for all brands btw

      William, this is probably way too late but degrease it, dry lube where you need to and take the time to follow directions and set up video's to set it up properly and it will work perfectly and produce ten's of thousands of rounds with no problem. It is not for the beginner or faint of heart as there are many things happening at once. Set up of each station needs to be precise before you set up the next station. It takes mechanical ability and understanding to set up and run any progressive press. Or contact Lee and they will help you though this, amazing people who care about their products and customers. And yes I too have Lee single stage and Turret press's in my shop along with an APP and love them. I had a Progressive 1000, Loadmaster and Breach Lock 4000. This Six pack pro is definitely the best progressive that lee has ever made once you get it set up! Sounds like you got one that is out of spec somewhere or you just need to slow it down and make sure each stage is working properly before moving on to the next... Setup can take some patience but is well worth it.
