  • In this video I explain "Ordinary" perpetuities. In most textbooks these are just referred as perpetuities (without the term "Ordinary"). However, I use this term here because it will later on help you in better understanding the difference between "Ordinary Annuities" and "Annuities Due".

      It is Interest rate + 1 i.e., 4% +1 = 0.04 + 1= 1.04
