Nice truck brotha, I have the exact same one. Have a question for u. What kind of gas/octane are u putting in your truck? I've had my 2022 custom trail boss 2.7 liter turbo for 2 months and have been putting 87 octane in it. But after reading a few articles online, it says I should be putting 91. Just curious to know what you put in your truck. Any info would help. Thanks
I put 87… I would assume 91 since the turbo.. but I’ve had it for 6 and nothing has popped up or made me wonder yet…. Maybe I’ll run 91 for a little and see what the difference is…
Honeslty I like it my buddy has a trail boss V8 and he wishes he went with the 2.7. It has more torque anyway. I would weigh what youre using the truck for if its towing and work like a normal truck you can get more out of the 2.7. Im coming from a 6.2 v8 more gas and less torque so for me it was a win off the back. You will love it and there isnt a lot of trouble with these engine it was a good engineering. So I would say 2.7 big truck little trouble at the pump and great feel! Torque is crazy! I'd love to hear what yo uchoose.

How’s the 2.7 going man?I just bought one as well and it’s pretty good I barely have 4k miles on it have you had any problems with yours?
No problems yet and I’m at 23k
