    Abs workout
    Leg raises/knee raises 30 s
    10s rest
    Side plank/side plank 30 s (right side)
    10s rest
    Side plank 30s(left side)
    10 s rest
    Regular Plank / long lever plank 30 s
    10s rest
    Russian twist 30s
    10s rest
    Jump rope/jumping jack 30s
    Rest 10 s
    And do it all again for 3 times

    1.low plank 30 s 2. Burpees 30.s 3. Running on.one place 30s. 10 sec rest each. Keep going for 20-30 min

    Good music, thank you but no 1 min rest. I was looking for Tabata music, there is a 1 min rest period after the 8th cycle. I will get in touch with you

      Do you mean :
      1 cycle = 30/10
      1 round = 8 cycle + 1 min (long rest)
      and you need 30 minutes which means 5 rounds, right ?
