Excellent video, loved the workout. As others have said, I like that they are easily explained and there are some repetitions to really get into the areas. I like that they are blocks of three too so you work on each area and it really burns but then its over, rather than running through all exercises then repeating them that way. Great stuff and look forward to seeing more when you can x

Loved this! You do a great job explaining the exercises + choosing ones you can quickly pick up on. Workout videos where I spend 15 of the 30 sec work trying to figure out the exercise always bother me!! Can't wait to see more - and more swimming-specific exercises too!!

It looks much easier when you do it, for us it is a bit more challenging. I did it today, and it's great. Only the butterfly kick was easy for me (I swim fly...). Do you have more routines? Cheers,
Just do what you can. I personally cant do more than about 6 full push ups with the correct form/technique. SO you are always better to focus on good technique, that try to be a hero and not do the movements properly. If you can do full pushups then go for it .. if not, on the knees is just as beneficial x
