But where to retract erector spinae muscle in case of midline incision
and whats indication of midline incision ? Thanks

I usually tie them with a suture and cut them sharply with a knife or scissors.

My MIS Spinal Fusion on L5 S1 was done on last 3 Months before all is ok now , only my hip pain and muscular pain remains. Sir what type of Excercises I will do in GYM for fast relief
