The Sequel to Sicari Remastered!
Set one year after the defeat of Niscura, a new looms on the horizon - a mysterious being called TS-94, who is seeking powerful artifacts known as the Shards of Serpos. Sicari, with the aid of K-16 must gather these shards and use them to travel through time to track TS-94 and stop her minions.

Imma be honest. Outside of some specific things, if you were to tell me this wasn't a Mario World hack, I might almost believe you.

Yeah that second level looks suspiciously like many of the Super Star Wars assets. Either way extremely impressive as a rom hack. So can't wait for my Retroid 3 to get here so I can play these awesome hacks at night.
Only thing kept is a few sound fx
This game is so good that a small company known as Nintendo made a game called "Super Mario World" with gameplay that was heavily inspired by it

Creator(s) went the extra mile when creating this. Boss fights look hard though...or at least time consuming. Is Sicari Remastered a hack as well?

There was an original Sicari, a redone version called "Sicari Remastered," and a spinoff called "K-16: A Story of Steel"

This is not using snes sound chip for the music, is it?
@Lucas I Know, but the quality is superb. Usually it sounds great but with a great "midi like" sound. In this video sounds almost like an arcade or Neo Geo. I'd even dare say it sounds with "CD quality".
@@nasanchez964 Yes, this is the normal snes soundchip You just haven't played many snes games.
I ported the boss music to the SPC700 chip (the original song is from Persona 2). There are also hacks that use the MSU-1 chip and can play CD quality music, but this hack only uses music that runs on original SNES hardware.
As one of the composers, I can confirm it is all on the SNES sound chip.
