Watch all the videos from Dr Houser and read human physiology. Brain fog is due to csf used to remove toxins from the brain. Either due to blocked jugular or carotid venous and or because of fungus or dysbiosis. Make sure you eat lots of whole fruits and vegetables. Papaya kills parasites. Oregano oil kills fungus as well as garlic. Eat Not too much processed. Keep on looking. You'll find an answer.
I know that Botox can be injected to relax the muscles that get too tense. So if hour problem is that the stress is causing muscle tightness which is causing premature on the nerves then it could possibly help. But not if it’s just scatter brain from too much on your mind. It has to be structural in the neck or back since the treatment is injection into ligaments and muscles

I sometimes have issues where I feel like I have to take a deep breath. All my EKG tests are normal with a minor regurgitation valve. I eat healthy, etc. But when i go for a 30 minute brisk walk, sometimes my heart beats fast, my stomach tightens up, and I feel like I can't breath deep enough. Its strange. I drink alot of water. I thought maybe I was not consuming enough electrolytes. 6 years ago, fell flat on my back and partially flattened part of my disks in mylower back. Any thoughts? It feels like a panic attack
My guess is there are toxins in the body and maybe even fluid retention from kidney issues which may explain the shortness of breath with fluid around the lungs. I might have a csf leak and this as well. The reason I say this is because I leak clear fluid from my nose. I also have memory loss cognitive decline and brainfog. I also can't balance myself. I felt like I had pots but then researched and came up with a csf leak because of the clear fluid. I might have gotten a whiplash. I was also told I needed more vitmain d. I have been this way for years. I don't know if you could still help me.
I wouldn't think you have a leak - you likely do. POTS is a major symptom of CSF Leak. You do need a MRI / Contrast to rule that out (head/neck) - check for all the signs. Out of the nose is Cranial Leak unlike CSF Leak from the spine. This possible you have IIH. If so they should then follow up with MRA/MRV. Don't let this go! Make that happen

Is it possible that a completely torn bicep muscle will cause the same kinds of symptoms. I tore mine completely a year ago and ignored it, now I have several of the symptoms. The symptoms stared about 4 months after the tear and doctors can't really determine the cause. After seeing this video I am wondering if the two are related.
