Honestly, with reading the Realmverse or the Realms Chapters, I could easily see this fitting Lord System/Beta System. Since his whole motto is choas, darkness, and unstability. I mean, he does weild Choas Magic after all, and is quite literally a being of massive destruction and corrupted darkness. It's all over the place and upbeat to the point you can tell it was meant for non-stable forces.
This music is such upbeat i love it which fits System mainly when i first fought Error Sans Enraged state in undertale timeline collapse the music did play with System being stringed on top being controlled which is so dramatic i love it. Perfectly fits for a battle if System appears
