The funny thing is… wiki sans is the first sans not made by someone. The first true error. He’s based on an actual glitch that happend in the wiki page. And while he was fleshed out and given a story. He is the first true being created by the UT multiverse and not US the players/ artists / writers / memers. While his clay was changed… at the end he is still his own clay despite everything.
Technically in a way, Wiki can only be defeated from characters that can access code or characters that are immortal like Fatal_Error.
Because, if he was created from the wiki, that means he knows everything about it.
This can also be taken into the way, that, he will *always* know your next move. No. Matter. What. He will know what it is.

This is honestly my first time witnessing this Character. Well, not really but Story wise and Song Wise.
When i actually first saw this character, and all these "Oh I know everything" and "I'm the Most Powerful Sans" Stories, I was immediately like "Stop the Cap".
Diving Further into Him however, i was proven WAY wrong (Not Entirely). I was honestly beyond shocked at that.
I then realized in the back of my tiny brain, that Wiki Sans originated from Some kind of corrupted image of sans Saying the, well y'know what line. Still, you get what i mean right?
He was MADE in an UNDERTALE Timeline. (Not Entirely Fanmade, happened in THE REAL GAME.) And because of this, My stupidity said "Hey, he'd still count as Some Kind of Multiversal Entity, or he will be if we say so". Now, why does that matter?
HELP_tale. If you dont know what HELP_tale is its basically Every Single Fuckin Toriel, Papyrus, Sans, every single monster Combined into 1 Singular being (Toriel being Called M_O_T_H_E_R or smth, Paps being called P A P P Y or Lucky Seven, Sans being called It. Or Sanstrocity and so on.). BECAUSE of HELP_tale combining every individual into 1 (Every Sans into 1 Sans, Every Papyrus into 1 Papyrus, ext.) Wiki Sans Technically Fits. ANYTHING that at least Looks a Bit Like Sans, has Sans in the name, and can fight/use his attacks Automatically gets put into Sanstrocity.
Basically a TL;DR:My Itsy Bitsy brain thought If Wiki Sans is the "Strongest Sans" then Sanstrocity surpasses him since Wiki would be Apart of Him.

Lots of you are guessing who WIKI! Sans is, allow me to explain who HE actually is. He is one of the first canon characters created from the WIKI Page, he wasn't created by anyone, people say that whoever wrote about him, created HIS character, and you are entirely wrong, they simply are stating the facts, this Sans is one of the newest, but he has existed for a long time through games and whatnot, there has been sightings of him throughout different games, but he's finally been revealed to everyone now. Wiki Sans is outside of all of that "power level" stuff, there's no explanation to who he is, he is just... all powerful, he is the closest to real life we have ever gotten a Sans. This Sans is his own person, no matter if he is a bug, he is LITERALLY a glitch, something created by nobody, an inanimate object created just by nature. So, this Sans is definitely the strongest there is, but he will not associate with any of the AUs or Timelines since he simply isn't from there, he is from our world, and he belongs to nobody.

People just made an AU for him based off the glitch in the wiki, and so far they haven't added anything else. He's only partially fictional, the story people gave him and his name is fictional, but the glitch is REAL, he IS the glitch.

Appearance:
Wiki Sans can shape shift into any character in any AU. However, Wiki will always remain pitch black. Wiki’s preferred form is that of classic sans (pitch black of corse) with its upper and lower jaw unconnected, unlike most sanses.
Origen:
The most likely way Wiki sans came to be was the result of a glitch on the wiki and came into being as a result of the collective fandoms ideas and theory’s about it. A sort of “living idea”. It is also possible that Wiki was around for much longer, and the glitches were just a peek behind the pages. But we do know that he wasn’t created by a creator or on purpose, it seemingly created itself. But no one knows for certain.
Personally:
Wiki sans tends to speak in Undertale quotes. It’s favorite being “do you think even the worst person can change?”. Wiki acts more like a person role-playing as classic Sans rather than an actual Sans. Perhaps it is just role-playing?
Relationships:
Wiki has no relationships.
Ability’s:
Shapeshifting - Wiki can shape shift into any undertale character from any AU. But it will always appear mostly pitch black.
Complete Arsenal - Wiki can copy any ability of any character in any AU no matter what it may be based on, even able to give itself rewrite. The only difference is that the ability itself will also be pitch black like the rest of him. Certain projectiles may just be darker that they otherwise would be. The stats and capabilities are all exactly the same. Even the blasters and Bones are just copy’s of others.
Ultimate Freedom - sense Wiki sans was not created by a creator, It is free from the typical laws and mechanics of undertale and its AU’s. This has both pros and cons
Absolute Immortality - Wiki sanses lack of mechanics means that he will remain unaffected by almost all forms of damage. Wiki still takes damage as a normal character would, it just doesn’t do anything.
Infinite Energy - Wiki sans seemingly has an endless supply of energy and never gets tired
Mind reeder - Wiki sans can reed minds. The full extent of this ability is largely unknown. It can read the minds of anything wether it’s from an AU’s or not.
True Omniscience - due to Wiki Sans existing all throughout the wiki itself, which contains all things undertale and the AU’s. it has an encyclopedic knowledge of everything. It knows everything about every AU and every character down to the smallest detail. It knows their name, history, personality, feet’s, ability’s, strength’s, weaknesses and basically everything else. It has even seen you.
Wiki key - Wiki sans is the only being that can enter the Wiki. He can also pull other characters into a tiny portion of the Wiki, but there stay is only temporary. Ant he is fully omnipresent in the Wiki, existing just beneath the pages and always looking back at the reeder.

Even the worst person *can* change. No matter what, anyone at anytime can throw down the weapon, throw down the hate and choose to be a better person. They can. But that doesnt mean they *will*. its merely a possibility, not a definite outcome. Its a choice, and like all choices, different people pick different options. Its wrong to think that bad people cant change, that they should never be given the chance, but its also wrong naively believe that theyll surely choose to do the right thing. Its a gamble, really. Theres no one size fits all answer, every person is different and has a different chance of changing or not.
The question isnt if they *can* change, the question is will you let them? Will you give them the chance? Neither answer, yes or no, is inherently good or bad, it all depends on the situation.
