Thanks that would be useful for simple models, but what about complex models, I have a model which is complex, I don't have ipt format but only a step format. I tried your method but there are so many
features, can you tell me, are there any other methods for complex models.

This model is an example I use in one of my classes. It is very simple and I have not attempted this technique on a more complex model. Once you get to a complex model it is possible that this technique is not very helpful. The main goal of this example is to take a step file and make it driven by parameters. I find it too cumbersome to parameterize every aspect of a complex model. I try to focus on the values that are likely to change or the key driving factors. For your complex model, I would just focus on the key values. Through direct editing, you are fully capable of modifying the entire model, even if you chose not to drive a specific feature with a parameter. If you are not able to get the right behavior just by parameterizing a few features, you may find it valuable to remodel the part from scratch, driven by your key parameters. I hope this helps.
