Personnaly I would have the truck come in frome the low side and backup to the edge. Then dump on the edge. Also, I would let the truck put several loads on the ground before I started pushing. But differen't strokes. I used to push out and grade 240 trucks a day at Fresh Kills Landfill. After it closed. Using mostly a D6R LGP with 6 way blade. But sometimes a D9R. IUOE Local 15 ret (38 yrs)
No 10 times faster drive tip & go & they can see exactly where they are going, any chance of removing revers is a blessing, running trucks on top layer helps compaction,
Certainly the best of clay & all broken up, but I don’t think this lad would be much good with a fleet of 40 tonners, that dozer should shove that out in 2 swipes if not one
