The word incompetent is perfect. It deflates and relaxes a baseless stranglehold. Good one.

Hi Loren, and thank you for this video. I don't have a clear opinion about the two examples you provided, but just by looking at any sort of powerhouse that I engage with (from municipality to the federal government, or here the EU, most big corporations, banks, etc.) - I can only concur. Lots of people without integrity or philosophy (apart from their own posse's profit) at the top, their decision-making method, if not greed or machiavellianism, is trial and error, based on badly researched information prepared by other “idiot sons” with their own selfish agenda. The bad part is that they became so cynical that their ruling misses any human touch; the good part is that they and their apparatuses are incompetent and therefore can be evaded. Ordinary people have more power than they imagine.

Hi Lorax2013. I love your videos, but I would love to see you do a video about the Islamic problem that is spreading throughout Europe and the free world. I don't think many people are aware of this growing threat, and I'd love to hear your take on it.

I'm not sure I share your idea that Russia was redeemable. One could correctly think they culturally and ethnically have a lot in common with us, and they do, but the deciding factor is geography. To feel comfortable with their ability to survive as a nation, they have expanded their country (or sphere of influence) to have buffer zones. But to have occupied buffer zones that contain foreign populations, one has to be thugs in order to maintain them. This is why Russia, until it loses much more of it's territory (which I think it will, eventually), will always be a country of thugs. If they weren't, they would lose their buffer zones. China has the same situation and will always be thugs until they also lose their buffer zones. The only reason the U.S. is less thug-like, is that two of our buffer zones are oceans, and the other two are weak countries we have chosen not to invade, but are definitely in our sphere of influence (the whole hemisphere is). Even then, we have decided to lessen any future threat by integrating Canada & Mexico into our economy.

3:16 Please let us know when you find this "free market" thing, cause from what I know about human nature, if that existed, it would be time to "duck and cover".

Can you please do a video on how to save in the current environment in the U.S.? I make more than I need and I don't want to invest in stocks, bonds nor mutual funds. My company's 401K fund options are either stocks or bonds. Fidelity administers my company's 401K program and they removed the cash fund option around 2009. Wondering if I should stop making contributions to 401K. Would appreciate your advice on how to save in this unstable and volatile environment.

Not planned huh? Have you looked at the Bogor Declaration 1994. The Osaka Agenda. UN Austria Retrat 2010. Disarment and Control 1961. Council on Foreign Relations. The Millenium Development Goals. Codex Alimentarius. Agenda 21. The World Heritage Foundation. The United Nations Alliance of Civilisations. The London School of Economics (Fabian incubators). DEMOS. Common Purpose.

I never said they don't plan, I said they were incompetent at anything beyond basically leeching power/money. Even then, most idiot sons are not very capable at it but are only born into structures which make it easy.

Inherited his position, describes Bush II. Daddy was smart dude in several ways. W was ok, only so long as kept out of any real responsibility. Even now, listen to him talk. Damn, all sounds like just reading words someone else wrote
They all have writers, even Kennedy, but W never learned how to make it sound good. Supreme Court put him in office 1st time and 9/11 was gift, kept him in office 2nd time, to our, and esp GI's, detriment.
