Great content as usual. If Geoff brought out a grappling program I’d buy it..

Are there any concerns about practicing level 4 with light weight? I'm nowhere near there yet want to have all that fun right now.

I have a question. Please answere it. Please.
I'm a male in my mid forties.
    I have a 16, 20, 24 kb.
I have been training with kb for about 10 years but have had no formal training.
I have brought all the pavel books, dan jon books. Also watched loads of kb RUclips such as lebe stark.
This is the question: why can't I complete all these test and can only snatch a hundred in twenty minutes the 16. I feel pretty useless mate. What am I doing wrong?

@stevedavis1269 - That's a great question. Do you keep a training log? And have you actually followed those programs, or just bought them and let them collect dust on the bookshelf? Are you training "on and off?" (Your training log will tell you.) These are all tough questions to ask yourself, which we all need to ask ourselves if we're not seeing the results we expect.
