Super Junior, Big Bang and Shinee were the kings of the 2nd generation
Astro is growing in popularity as a GROUP and that makes me beyond happy. Just because they are from one of the smallest companies out there, they’ve been being pushed off to the side since day 1. Maybe Cha Eunwoo got some attention because of his looks, but the group as a whole was never really appreciated. A small company means less promotions, less activity, and just a worse quality of everything in general. Unlike a lot of groups who immediately get tons of attention because of their company, Astro worked from the bottom ground up. Their company was unstable a number of times and they were being treated unfairly in so many ways just because they weren’t as known. Astro’s fans know how many times they’ve been invited to perform only to get poorly treated constantly. Variety shows even cut out and mistreated the other members and shoved Eunwoo up on top in front of everyone’s faces. Despite all of that, Astro is pushing towards the top after almost 5 years of fighting. Appreciate their efforts and their harsh pasts. Astro is a 6 member group with undeniable talent.
Yes I totally agree with you. I get frustrated when the variety shows just focus on eunwoo and rest members screen times always cuts off.
I never stanned Astro and I never looked into it, but I watched some kdrama with Eunwoo and it made me curious so now I'm learning about Astro. If people only loved Eunwoo they wouldn't care about the group (and sure there are many people that only follow Eunwoo) but many of the new fans got introduced to Astro thanks to him and I think it can be a pretty good thing:)
They really need more promotions, it really is the problem 😭 their songs are so good and if they were promoted properly they could've reach 10x more popularity, we can do this rohas fightinggggg for their next comeback!!!

Gotta hand it. SuperJunior, bigbang and shinee..pretty consistent..and they are 2nd gen kpop.
TVXQ, SUJU, SS501 just slayed. They were my favs, I missed them 😭.
And Exo, they kept losing members plus no proper promotion, they stayed on charts. And BTS, they were from nothing to something. Legends slayed.
BTS is undeniably the most popular Kpop group now and probably ever, but I have to bow to EXO for maintaining a solid popularity that still allows them to be on top after all the years and without a proper introduction to the rest of the world, outside of Asia. Not comparing but imagine if EXO were given the chance to go bigger outside of the Asian bubble. Just imagine all Kpop groups dominating everywhere.

In the end their company had different vision for them....

I’m a fan of B.A.P and Vixx so seeing them in the chart made me go “Ayyyyy those my favs!” I was rooting for them to rise higher but alas, I give props to BTS remaining on top! Same with EXO which is another band I use to listen to!

I am so proud of Got7 for being in the top for 7 years. So proud that G7 ended up being top three next to iconic BTS and EXO. I am sure GOT7 could possibly lead the ranking at least once but JYPE limited and underrated them so much. Luckily boys can finally breath and develop their talents. Tkanks for their hard work. I'm happy that even though Astro came from a small company that's mainly an acting company. They manage to make it in the top 10! I've been with them since 2016 and I've witnessed how they came from nothing to the point where they were about to disband due to the Company being bankrupt but now look at them now. Their growth was the most satisfying thing I've witnessed. They never changed they remained true to themselves together and succeed. Please support Astro. Thank you
