don't comment a whole lot but man what a video. Between showing the full hand and not leaving anything out, to showing the aftermath and players emotions this is one of my favorite poker videos ever. Great job man keep up the great content
Aussie matt looks like he owes some bad people a lot of money in his hand lmao whoever the guy is he looks like he can't be gambling with the big boys or frankly at all. Also to note JRB identified the situation and handled it better than anyone, huge respect.
Matt acts like a weirdo tweaking out over some little guy thinking he had authority walking up😂 JRB was right though, it’s their money. They should be able to run it as many times as the deck allows if they want
Usually when people describe actions at the poker table as “classy” or “honourable”, they’re just describing basic table etiquette, but that really _was_ classy and honourable.
On the second hand the announcer says a J or 6 on the river would be a chop. Being an Omaha player only I had to think twice(not really) but that would be a Q high straight winning over a J high straight.
Bro its a hell of a shock, you have aces, this people keep raising, the showdown it's a cooler for them, personally I would feel more relief than happiness
@@Milehighssc5280but if youve played anough to where you think you belong here, a scenario like this shouldn't be that shocking. It was cringey to watch.
You really gotta give credit to Doug for being so stoic during that hand knowing Wesley’s exact holding. Dwan could’ve just as easily been looking for tells from Doug as from Wesley and Doug is stone faced.
Tom should quit crying about Doug calling clock. You’re on a live stream, not a poker tournament. There is a finite amount of buffer between the stream and live play. If Tom had it his way, he would have taken 15-20 minutes on that hand.
The more I think, the more it seems like Tom was slow rolling Doug throughout that entire hand. Tom’s played much bigger pots under much more time pressure with much more marginal spots. He was either slow rolling or wanted to play mind games.
@@rukzo8226how many pots you played when you’ve gotta call 400k on the River. And like he said the tanking was about is he calling or going all in. Folding never even went thru his mind. But prolly can only beat 1-2 hands that calls the all in the rest of Doug’s value beats Tom. He’s playing the numbers plus tanking like that definitely sent Doug on tilt
And that's why Tom is great and you are a losing player like the majority of us, a thinking player never snaps unless it's a no decision spot like calling all in with nuts ECT,. even I can understand Tom's logic.@@Greg-dr2st
How sick do you think Hank felt after that session? Had he called that massive pot at the end with A8 off, he would've taken it. And then to have the same hand as Dwan and lose to A7. Poker gods had fun with him that night, so sick.
Little side note, the 10 biggest pots of 2023 were all dealt by the same dealer. She must know how to cut the deck and deal monster hands. Please more for 2024 🚀✌️
I think Tom prob wanted to see if Doug calls clock, because he called turn after clock was called, I'd think he would call clock earlier if he wanted a call. Then he shoulda shoved due to this and "i like this hand"
Mariano saying he had AA in thst big of pot is crazy especially when the plauer asked what he said. If this was two players speaking a different language it would have been a problem.
That tom dwan hand is the definition of why I really love poker once Westley shoves his face is red has to get a water is pounding the water the emotions going through his body most be out of control hell of a call most people would fold in that spot unbelievable

This is certainly at least a call and probably a jam like Bart says.. with this button action from a competent player, I think AA is more likely than 10 percent. 70/30 is what my gut says
A Jack would give Huss a queen high straight. A 6 chops the pot. Stanley needed an Ace or a King to win on the river. Otherwise, the hole cards of the Queens win.
Huss is so sick.. To bet 175K on the turn on a scary turn card.. Balls of steel- Going for maximum value like its just a few G's... Its a M dollar pot.. not even top 2.
Idk if Tom was punishing the clock call but that’s a snap call beat him into the pot slam dunk. If he’s got KK or 66 you make a bad beat highlight reel and move on

4:56 If Mariano goes all in I swear Yang or Double M folds, maybe both fold. His just call there was amazing.
Yup
Absolutely disgusting just call in that situation.
I fold too but you must also keep in mind that these players are millionaires and $1,000 is as if it were $1.00 for them

Mariano's hand is probably the luckiest hand ever. Aces vs kings vs kings covering a suit of each player. That's for the books!

That was sporting of JRB to fight for 3x to give Aussie Matt a chance to chop some of the pot
I felt bad for Matt, JRB with the top guy move
He did it, so he would make sure to win more than half of the pot at least ... if you need a suckout, run it once, it might not happen twice 😅
If we are playing for that amount of money we should be able to run it as much as we want.
Usually when people describe actions at the poker table as “classy” or “honourable”, they’re just describing basic table etiquette, but that really _was_ classy and honourable.
Running it 3x doesn't help Aussie Matt at all. If he wins the first or 2nd runout it likely hurts him.
