Quantum Serbia Meetup: How to become a Quantum Engineer

Breakthroughs in quantum technologies have until recently been achieved by teams of highly specialized individuals, most of whom have a Ph.D. in physics. But as the industry matures, the need for employees with varied backgrounds becomes larger.
How can one become a quantum engineer without a Ph.D., and which educational and career paths to take to join the quantum industry are some of the questions we will address in this meetup.

Radoica Draškić obtained his MSc at the Delft University of Technology
where he specialized in physics for quantum devices and quantum computing.
He worked as an intern in quantum computing startups Quantum Machines and Xanadu.
Currently, he is a software engineer at Tenderly.
