Hello and welcome back to the channel. To get a rough estimate of what your property taxes will be you would have to multiply the property value by the taxes that pertain to the county. I always use 1.1% to be conservative. In this case multiply the $799,000 by the 1.1%. (Roughly $8,000 and some change) if you homestead the home, you can have some discounts towards those taxes and protections towards your property. This is considered zone x, so not a flood zone. You shouldn’t be required to have flood insurance, but that is to the discretion of the home owner insurance provider. Costs for insurance may vary due to the insurance provider, coverage selection, amongst other criteria’s.
Good questions. Lot size of 1.2 acres is usually a 5 home area in most non HOA communities. I say insurance and property taxes would be higher than other homes in Florida. 800k price is too steep for most people.

Just 300K too much.😢 I do appreciate fans in the bedrooms, long kitchen counters to put airfryers-toasters-kitchenaid mixer-cooking utensils, nice big laundry room (because we all use the laundry room for sooooo much more than laundry!), garage door openers, door to outside fron garage. Lots of pluses with these build.

I'll offer $180k and that's it for me ..... that's all its worth....but the imaginary housing market says its worth all this crazy money...... I'll wait for foreclosure and buy it cheaper...its coming
This home is not worth $799K after seeing those rooms. They might be selling the area in that price but home is not that appealing with room sizes which I hate that builders are doing that. Most rooms are small in all these homes no walk in closets in the bedrooms as well! Sad

Massively overpriced. There's nothing in that area. Very quiet and isolated area with little economic activity aka jobs. $300k is IMO the max I would pay. Lived in FL for almost 5 decades. Never seen the housing market this insane. The correction is coming.

No rain gutters, no wooden fence, and no storage sheds in the backyard. Lots of missing essentials that a home needs.
Problems: All wire racks should be replaced, the kitchen pantry is too too small ( consider the size of the house ), and no irrigation system.
