Some great movies here bro. Thanks for showing
"Children Shouldnt Play with Dead Things" was the FIRST movie to scare me in the 1970's when I was 5 years old... WOW Shawn, nice find - that tells me alot of your collection to know about this barely known film :)
this vid couldn't have come at a better time for me! On the hunt for some must watch zombie movies, just got 28 Days Later today.

Aaah! Zombies!! You need to watch that movie if you haven't. It flips the genre around and tells the story of some zombies that don't know they are zombies. It is worth a watch.
That is one impressive dvd collection

Nice, I'm glad I'm not the only one who like "Diary of the Dead". Good Choices, though most of them I never sat through.
hi shaun great vid as allways. How about doing your top 10 fav horror films of all time?
You should do a collection video about your favourite tv shows on dvd.
Who needs Netflix
When I watched Dead Girl- I was not thinking zombie... I was trying to figure it out the whole time! lol
I loved Fido! I just saw Night of the Comet and loved it!!!
I also liked Aaah! Zombies!! And Dead Snow. Not a zombie movie- but Troll Hunter was fun.
I don't know if I've seen "zombie"
Loved this one!!!!
Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things is one of my faves. Haven't seen it in years.
New 2011-2012 additions to the genre worth mentioning: Deadheads, Humans vs. Zombies, REC 3 Genesis, War of the Dead, Re-Kill, Quarantine 2 Terminal, Resident Evil Retribution, Exit Humanity, Steve Niles Remains, Infected, Zombie Apocalypse, Night of the Living Dead 3D: Reanimation, Eaters, Harold's going stiff, The Dead Inside, Detention of the Dead, Condition Dead, A Little Bit Zombie, Invasion of the not Quite Dead, Frost Bite, Germ, Zombie Massacre, Dead Season, Dave of the Dead, Zombie Dawn
wow, the internet is amazing, I was able to find and download every single movie covered in this vid. :)
Love your videos Shawn - always interested to see your ever-expanding DVD collection!!
...but no Shaun of the Dead?! Your name's even in the title :-P
There's a Bluu-ray steelbook of The Return of the Living Dead coming out soon in the UK, it's got 5+ hours of bonus features and it comes along with a 20 page booklet
Shawn, I'd love to see your clown horror collection. The only clown movies I really know of are IT & Clownhouse.
I´ve have the green Re-Animator release as well, it rocks!
awesome video I really like one called Planet Terror
Awesome collection you got there! maybe you can help me... im looking for a old zombie flick that i watched when i was younger i dont remember much from it except for one scene where the survivors are running to a construction site or a carnival with alot of zombies behind'em then they are climbing up a big crane or something i think it was yellow to and one zombie is climbing after them and gets a shot between the eyes,,, thats all i remember it would be awesome if u knew what film it is! GJ
Are you going to do any unboxing videos?
Cool
Also, the zombie genre has exploded in popularity the last three years(2010-2013). There have been no less than 115-120 zombie films to hit the market in these three years alone. I try to keep up but I'm always behind the curve.
Nice
hey coolduder?
i have a question. what is top 5 favorite horror slasher movies from the 80s?
thanks Brad.
great picks man day of the dead and dawn of the dead are great zombie movies blows away his newer dead movies by a long shot.
yo coolduder what movie theatres do you go to?
He's got it. He did a dvd update a few weeks ago with it. Shawns got everything lol
great vid 5/5.
Thank you for this. Its awesome. But i think im missing some movies like the spanish Rec 1 and 2 including the norwegian movie "Dead Snow"?
When you said its important to watch the original movies .. I totally agree, but for example is quarentine a remake of the Spanish Rec. and i would really recommend for you to watch Rec 1-2 and then you can compare it with quarentine. Rec 1 and quarentine 1 is almost completely identical, but Rec 2 and quarentine 2 is so very different. Great movies.
Have you ever seen Pontypool? I just saw it recently, and it's one of the best zombie movies I've ever seen.
Yeah I agree. I loved it
Great selection of Zombie flix. Have you seen Dead Snow that a great zombie flick as well.
if you've seen it, let me know what you think.
Your dvd collection if fucking awesome!
I liked the original The Crazies was much better than the remake. Children Shouldn't Play ... is a great one! Fido was just fun. I really like the vintage feel to that one.
I know this is old, but have you seen The living dead at manchester morgue? Also has like 8 other names haha. I watched it like a year ago, its really really good. Probably tied with day of the dead for me.
You should check out the film "The Dead"...just came out on bluray within the last few weeks. It's a great film!
For some reason ever time I watch one of your vids I spend money
wow its amazing how many movies he has
hey Shaun I was looking at Tromas website and was looking to buy some good old cheesy scary movies and was wondering if you could recommend some for me
Haha, no worries Shawn - think I've seen you mention/review it before.
Have you seen the Spanish zombie films Rec & Rec 2? They remade the 1st one as Quarantine which you talked about on this video - but bizarrely Quarantine 2 is not a remake of Rec 2. Rec 2 continues after the first film in the same block of flats and is even better in some respects. I recommend it anyway!!
AWSOME vid Shawn but Shaun of the dead? Reply please
I don't care what they say, it's a zombie movie at heart. I can debate that all day long.
You should do a 90's comedy collection.
on the commentary the first zombie could`nt stop smiling thinking about his huge paycheck.
George romaro diary of the dead was one my favorites
shawn have you seen Otis? and if so what do you think of it?
You didn't choose Nightmare City!?!?!?! WHAT, great zombie collection though.
Have you seen Otto: or Up with Dead People? It's a really interesting take on zombies I think. Give it a try.
i'd say The living dead at manchester morgue is a good one also ,Psychomania to,even though they weren't the norm, they were technically deceased...still my favorite got to be The Return Of The Living Dead....it just had that eerie & awesomness feeling that blended together.
Do you have the outsiders I no it's not a zombie film but if you have it can you do a review of it?
Hey duder I saw your movie buddy, dead girl it was pretty good. What's the name of the Bigfoot movie your in???
Cool one dude can you do a slasher movie update?
I'd like to see a collection of Hidden 80s Gems- Family Movies involving monsters. Think The Gate.
Yo Shawn, you think you could do your favorite Vampire films? Do it just like you did this video :D
28 days later is my fav
yes.... it lacks the Evil Dead, best horror Trilogy EVER. Do a special of this in its honor! :) Like a 15 min special.
Not 100% Zombie... but I LOVED "Stake Land" staring Danielle Harris! Amazing film and finding out it only cost $4 million to make, wow.
Are you preorder Halloween bluray set for Walmart online
What about The Original...NIGHT of the living dead? What are your thoughts on that? Or even the Remake.
Watched Pet Sematary today. I lol'd. :P
i still gotta see Rec 2.
Romero's first big studio film was The Dark Half, based on a Stephen King book.
Dead snow is my favorite zombie film
When a military bio-weapons truck is involved in an accident, its top secret cargo of toxic green goo finds its way into the self-serve ice cream at a bowling alley. And when four friends enjoy luminous green sundaes, they are transformed into the Walking Dead with a craving for brains! The world looks very different through their eyes as zombies, and it seems like everyone else has gone mad. Confused, scared and convinced they're the only sane ones in a sea of infected humans,
kind of a dumb question but what if theres an earthquake and those shelves fall down?
do a part 2 for under rated zombie films
How u get all those movies
I would make a zombie movie that starts off in real time in the first 20 minutes the actual outbreak begins. This would be the point where ignorance is the main killer and mayhem hasnt quite ensued yet.
Can anyone actually take a guess in how many Zombie movies have been made? Zombie movies i own are 28 Days,Weeks later, Quarantine 1 & 2, Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead Remake, Return of the living Dead 2, Diary of the dead, Zombieland thats it but still collecting.
What about Bloodlust Zombies & The Co-ed and the zombie stoner & World War Z & Zombeavers??
yeah shaun of the dead! best zombie film ever!
Just how many films do you own?
good movie.
Theres and english remake to the REC 1 and 2, the movies called Quarantine (if thats how its spelt)..
Is rec 1 and 2 on netflix ?
do you have this one .. HURLEVENT ? i try to find this movie
collection video on superhero flicks with the avengers and the dark knight rises coming out!!
Have you seem the zombie diaries? You should check it out!
