I'm Filipino born who went to the US when I was 10 yrs old. Oddly, I've started to contemplate going back to retire there. The subdivision is Tierra Maria Estates about 4km from Lipa Proper. We are 21km from Taal Volcano which puts us over 11 km from any danger ring. There is a mixture of about 50/50 expats to Filipino families living here.
